World Language Study Abroad Fair

13 EHTHS students accepted more than $62,000 in Global Navigator Scholarship funds from The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) to study abroad this past summer.  The students studied in six different countries, including Mexico, Spain, Germany, France, Thailand, and Italy. The students studied on three or four week programs.

More than 800 students attended the Study Abroad Fair to learn about the many programs available to them through CIEE.  During the fair students talked to fellow students about the classes they took and the cities where they lived. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about study abroad and to consider applying for one of this year’s scholarships.

All students in grades 9-10-11 are eligible to apply for a Global Navigator scholarship from CIEE.  Students interested in applying can learn more at   A Parent Information Night will be held on October 30th in the LGI at the High School at 6:30pm.  Applications are due December 6, 2019.
