Application Procedures
All users must fill out a Schedule Request (Use of Facilities) for use of our facilities. Please click on the FMX icon on your desk top for access to FMX.
All requests for District or School events are required to be submitted no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the start date. If you need to submit a request under 14 days, you must reach out to Assistant Superintendent Steven Santilli for assistance. The Facilities Secretary will reach out to you if any additional information is needed.
Maintenance Requests
If you are an EHTBOE employee and need Maintenance, Grounds, or Custodial assistance, a maintenance request through FMX must be submitted. Please click on the FMX icon on your desk top to access FMX.
